Throughout history, people have often chosen war over peace, driven by the quest for power or protection. While I haven't explored every culture or religion, my encounters with Indian and American cultures, as well as Hindu and Christian teachings, have shaped my perspective.

In my journey of learning, I've found solace in the teachings of Jesus Christ, not because I've converted to Christianity, but because His message resonates with me. Remaining a Hindu, I've changed my thinking rather than my religion.

Reflecting on both personal and shared experiences, I've come to believe that anger serves no purpose. Ultimately, we all must depart this world, having borrowed everything from the universe. Witnessing others face struggles like illness and loss has taught me the futility of holding onto resentment. Forgiveness and forgetting wrongs are far more liberating.

Spreading love, kindness, humility, and gratitude enriches our lives. These virtues help me cherish what I have and leave behind a legacy of love and meaningful relationships.

Choosing peace over war starts with changing our mindset. Let's embrace forgiveness and gratitude, fostering a world where peace prevails.
